Business tycoon, Tonye Cole, has arisen victor of the All Progressives Congress, APC, governorship primaries in Rivers State.
Cole is supposed to be the favored competitor of the previous Minister of Transportation and head of the APC in Rivers State, Rotimi Amaechi.
Tonye Cole beat five different applicants to arise victor with 986 votes.
His nearest rival, Ojukaye Flag Amachree, a previous state director of the APC, surveyed 190 votes to come next, while Sokonte Davies came third with 46 votes.
